April Porter is a sole practitioner in Chester, South Carolina, where she practices in the areas of family law, real estate, probate, corporate, social security disability, personal injury and general litigation. Ms. Porter was admitted to practice law in 2000 and opened her practice in 2003. Ms. Porter is admitted to practice in South Carolina and the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Association for Justice. Ms. Porter earned her B.S. degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston and her J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law.  Ms. Porter has spoken at the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Convention and taught several CLE seminars for the National Business Institute.  Ms. Porter has three boys and one girl.
